This is now more wholesale focussed having both restaurants and supermarkets as our customers. We have also now set up our own manufacturing plant for the manufacturing of pork products here in Sofia, for consumption in Bulgaria and for export. The initial product being manufactured is our famous BBQ ribs which will be joined by many other products in the near future.
